By signing below, I hereby authorize SHIELD RTO HOLDINGS LP d/b/a SHIELD LEASING (“Shield”) to contact me regarding my Rental Purchase Agreement account, including via SMS text message, autodialed calls or messages, e-mail messages, or other electronic means. I am aware that such communications sent through the internet or over phone systems may not be encrypted or secure and could result in unauthorized persons accessing my information.

In accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), consumers are required to “opt in” to receive certain automated communications on their mobile device(s). This means consumers must provide express consent to receive certain autodialed calls or SMS text messages on their mobile device(s). By signing below, I hereby voluntarily opt in to receive such automated communications on my mobile device(s).

Message and Data Rates May Apply. I acknowledge that my wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to any messages and subsequent SMS correspondence. Shield does not charge for any content; however, I acknowledge that downloadable content may incur additional charges from my wireless carrier. I acknowledge that my carrier may impose message or charge limitations on my account that are outside of Shield’s control, and that all charges are billed by and payable to my wireless carrier.

I may revoke consent to receive these messages at any time by giving advance written notice of my revocation to Shield.
